Watermelon Kombucha

This Watermelon Kombucha recipe is the perfect beverage to beat the hot summer days!

Prepare the watermelon by removing the rind and seeds. Cut it into small pieces. Using a blender, blend the cubed watermelon and strain it.

Rim your glass with tajin, add in a handful of twisted mint leaves and then pour ice cubes into the glass.

Pour about ½ a cup of the fresh watermelon juice into the glass followed by ½ a cup of the plain kombucha.

Stir all the ingredients together, garnish the drink with some mint leaves, lime, and lemon slices, and enjoy!
